At Lueur, we take care to ensure your pieces arrive safely and beautifully. We currently ship within New Zealand only, so every order stays close to home.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. While we strive for prompt delivery, please allow for occasional delays during busy periods or public holidays.
