Shipping Policy

At Lueur Homeware, we take care to ensure your pieces arrive safely and beautifully. We currently ship within New Zealand only, so every order stays close to home.

Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Method & Cost
We use trusted courier services to deliver your items with care. Our shipping rates are:

• North Island: $9.99
• South Island: $12.99
• Rural Delivery: +$5.00

Please ensure you select the correct shipping option for your delivery address at checkout.

If the incorrect shipping option is selected, your order will be placed on hold and we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference before your order is dispatched. This helps ensure we can cover the courier cost and get your order to you without delay.

Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. While we strive for prompt delivery, please allow for occasional delays for Rural Delivery or during busy periods or public holidays.

Packaging
Each order is thoughtfully packaged to protect your items while offering a touch of Lueur’s signature elegance- ready to delight the moment it arrives.
