Returns & Exchanges

At Lueur, we hope every piece you choose brings warmth and beauty to your home. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them- unused and in original packaging.

  • Returned with original packaging and any tags.

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at jess@lueurhomeware.co.nz. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and we highly recommend tracking your return to ensure it reaches us safely.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and make it right.

Sale Items & Exceptions

  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded, unless faulty. Returned sale items will be issued with a store credit.

Exchanges
The simplest way to exchange an item is to return your current item and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired piece. Exchanges are available for full-priced items only. All shipping costs on exchanges are at the customers expense.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at jess@lueurhomeware.co.nz.
